On Friday, May 9th, over 100 of you attended my re-election kickoff celebration. I am honored that so many of you came to offer your support.

My sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Bill Grogan, and their daughter, Erin, were our generous hosts. I am truly fortunate to have such loyal family behind me, in addition to so many volunteers and supporters.

Tom Sutherland, City Council man Kelly Ohlson, and former State Senator Peggy Reeves were kind enough to speak in support of my bid for re-election.

My wife, Kathy, and I want to thank all of you who attended and helped make this event such a success. Your enthusiasm certainly inspires me to begin my re-election campaign with renewed vigor.

It has been a privilege serving you in the state legislature these past two years, and with your help and support, I look forward to serving again.
